We did stop once or twice to have our Iced Lattes since the temps have been 108 to 110 degrees!
Saturday we had the Phillip's from Victoria, Australia here with us for the Bar-B-Q. Their son is Bevan, in the work in Australia.
We had our first Gospel Meeting again on Sunday too. Here's a photo of Jacquie & Kim from earlier in the week when they were staying with us.
After gospel meeting we went to Lyle & Karen's to celebrate the June happenings: Mom's BD, Jessica's BD, Bryan & Shannon's Anniversary & Kevin & Jessica's anniversary. I probably left something out, I really don't do well at keeping track of all of these wondrous events! Anyway, it was a perfect opportunity to get together and have more food...something we truly lack around here-lol! Sunday afternoon everyone took naps since Steve & the Foster's were driving straight through to Washington that afternoon, so I spent the time making a fruit salad to take to Lyle & Karen's
Monday turned out to be the rude awakening day! All the stuff to do to bring things back into shape and get us going again. The rental car went back today so now I am "Car Less". Doesn't feel all that great, but maybe I'll do more walking this way. Or, I guess I could stay home and try to get this mess cleaned up! Anyone know of a good car for sale out there?
