Have had fun working with Telstra getting this remote access working with our mobile phone but I think I've finally got it sorted. Always a joy working with Telstra!!! Ha!We met Ian Taylor Sunday night. Went to Bevan Phillips, Ian and Stan Cornthwaites mission in Adelaide and made plans to catch up with Bevan ( he went in the work from QLD - Ipswich the year we were married so we inherited a lot of his goods) and Ian came too! Ian said he was at Post Falls and remembers dad taking the workers photo a couple of years ago. Ian is originally from NSW.
Have crossed the Nullabor, gone around Eyre Peninsula South Australia, stayed 3 nights with Joanne and Andrew Primer (they say hi and moved from Newman WA end of last year to Cleve SA), 1 night Wilmington with Richard (Dick) and Karen Plevin (he has not been well but slightly better at the moment), 2 nights Adelaide with Jan and Robert Stead, 1 night Adelaide with Mark and Maureen (nee Staier) Thurston and workers Julie Stead and Beryl Hile and then have been travelling around the Great Ocean Road! Some great sights to see!!!
Going over on the ferry to Tasmania in a few days time which is why we have been rushing as Tasmania is not very warm in summer let alone any other time!!! :-)
One day I'd love to get a blog started but we have been travelling/sighseeing/or visiting pretty much every day and just haven't had the chance...sigh...
Anyway...yes we are going well and did finally get away from Perth. Not sure which convs you are going to but you might see Beryl Hile or Janice Hills...
